Our premium quality Dressmaker Shears are crafted in Premana, Italy from nickel plated carbon steel and designed to slice through fabric for precise cutting every time.
The handles are plated with a thin layer of 24k gold, creating a warm, lustrous finish. Please allow for subtle variation and character in the gold finish which adds to the charm and reflects the artisanal nature of the production. These shears feature offset handles, with one micro-serrated blade and one knife-edge blade, allowing for greater control over your fabric. These shears are lovely and heavy and made to last a lifetime. Keep these working perfectly by applying a small amount of oil near the pivot screw when needed and wiping after use to stop fabric particles building up between the blades. The pivot screw can also be adjusted to ensure that the tension of shears is just right.
