- We ship within Australia only.
- Flat rate shipping of $9.95 applies to all orders of stationery items. These items will be shipped regular Parcel Post via Australia Post.
- Our vintage items are not included in the flat rate shipping rate. These items will be shipped either by Australia Post or courier and calculated at the actual shipping rate for your area.
- Whilst we aim to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to three (3) business days for us to dispatch your order. Please contact us if a timeframe for delivery is important.
- Estimated delivery timeframes Australia wide are 3 -10 days for regular Parcel Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for your area.
- In the case of any item ordered online not being available for shipment we will notify you with a timeframe or alternative options. If these are unacceptable to you a refund will be given.
- Express Shipping will incur an additional fee. Please note that we are not situated in the next day delivery network of Australia Post, so please allow 2 – 3 business days for delivery. Please refer to the Australia Post website for your area for a delivery timeframe.
- Orders upon delivery will not be left unattended unless an authority to leave is checked by you during the checkout process. The liability for opting out of signing for your shipment will remain with you.
- We cannot be held responsible for loss, delay or damage by Australia Post or courier. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If an order arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post or courier. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
- Once shipped a tracking number will be issued to the email address provided which will enable you to track the progress of your order.
- Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
We aim to provide quality items that are carefully packed for shipping. We unfortunately cannot give exchanges, refunds or credits for online purchases except in the case of defective items or an incorrect shipment.
We will arrange replacement, exchange or refund for any items that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us by our email address detailing any issue as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
We only store information needed to conduct business with you. We may use this information to contact you about your order, for example failed credit card transactions, incomplete order information or stock availability.
We will never sell or provide access to your details to third parties other than as part of processing your order. For example, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway providers, Australia Post or courier companies in order to send your orders to you.
